Latest drivers for HD4000/HD3000/HD2000 AGP series:
You can always find the latest driver for Club 3D HD4000/HD3000/HD2000 AGP series in Club 3D
driver download section or at the following Download Link:

How to solve problems with AGP graphics cards:
Driver:
Make sure you have installed the latest driver for your VGA card. Download available through our Driver Download Section.
Overclocked:
When your CPU or Memory is not running at standard speeds,
change it back to reference settings. The power supply may not accept this kind of loading when installing a AGP graphics card to your system
Power Supply:
We suggest a Power Supply with 350Watt and more power for most of the AGP series products.
If your VGA card needs an external power connector (HD3850 needs a supplementary 6-pin PCI-Express connector / HD3650
needs a 4-pin ATX connector) make sure you have connected these power connectors to your VGA card. If you have not connected
the extra power connector your VGA card will not work
Mainboard:
Check and update the driver and bios of your mainboard, make sure both are updated to latest version.
You might need to check your mainboard chipset vendor directly (NVIDIA / AMD / Intel) or mainboard brand vendor for any updates:
If you are still having problems with the display card, please try out the following mainboard bios settings:
- AGP fast write:disable
- AGP sideband addressing:disable
- AGP aperture memory: 128 or 256MB
- AGP voltage: 1,65V (max voltage)
- AGP speed: 8x to 4x
Please note that some AGP platform motherboards are not capable to run Windows VISTA. At Windows VISTA installation everything seems to work ok, but after installation of the graphics card, system crashes may occur. This is due to the heavy graphics load that is applied during demanding graphical applications such as games, google earth, animated media libraries, (HD) video playback and animated photo albums. Therefore we strongly recommend to check out your motherboard specifications and operating system capability before upgrading to Windows VISTA. When inserting a DirectX 10 Graphics card, make sure your motherboard supports this and offers a WHQL VISTA driver based on DirectX 10. If not, do not even try it... Windows VISTA is an excellent Operating System, build for current technology, therefore we recommend upgrading to PCI-Express platform when you want to use this operating system.
Graphics Card AGP Voltage requirements:
All Club 3D cards are operating at 1.5V AGP voltage. This means you can use them on AGP 4x and 8x motherboards.

HDMI audio with Graphics Cards:
For Club 3D VGA cards with ATI chipsets:
HDMI audio is supported on all Club 3D HD2000/HD3000/HD4000 series products. The audio signal is transferred directly through the PCI-Express Bus.
Installation:
Connect your graphics card with a HDMI cable by using the native HDMI onboard connector or DVI to HDMI adapter (DVI to HDMI adapter with support for audio signals is required) with your Display or AV-Receiver. You may have to install the HDMI audio driver which is bundled with latest ATI Catalyst Drivers.
* Please note AGP products do not support HDMI audio
PCI-Express 2.0 and PCI-Express 1.x:
The latest Club 3D Graphics Cards designed for PCI-Express 2.0 are fully backwards compatible to work with PCI-Express 1.1 motherboard slots. Motherboards designed with PCI-Express 2.0 slot will also work with PCI Express 1.x graphics cards.
Setting up a PCI VGA card:
If your VGA card with PCI Bus Interface does not boot, you may have a PCI resource conflict with onboard graphics or another onboard device.
Mainboard bios settings:
Please make sure you have changed primary graphics adapter boot setting from onboard VGA to PCI device.
PCI Slot:
Install the PCI graphics card into another PCI slot to reduce the possibility of shared resources with other devices.
Mainboard BIOS update:
Please check with your mainboard vendor for latest bios version. The new BIOS may also solve a possible PCI resource conflict issue.
Power Supply requirements:
Latest VGA cards are using more electrical power. A more powerful graphics card requires a more powerful power supply. Especially on High-end VGA cards and multi VGA card setups we strongly recommend the use of high quality power supplies. Cheap high rated power supplies are not suitable for High-end VGA cards and will only cause instability problems and rendering errors. Do not only look at the power rating. Look for the different +12V rails capable to run high at values. Please always check out our system requirements first.
Product driver/bios update:
To update your product driver you need to browse to our driver download webpage. To frequently update your VGA card BIOS is not necessary. BIOS updates for VGA cards are only needed in some extremely rarely cases for bug fixing or some other cases. We do not recommend to update the VGA card BIOS with BIOS image files available on the web. If you still want to update your VGA card bios please make sure your product matches the bios file. It must be a 100% match with memory amount, memory brand and graphics processor.
* Please note flashing a VGA card with a BIOS not supplied by Club 3D will void the warranty of your product
Driver removal:
If you still have some driver software entries leftover we suggest to use one of the following applications to clean your system from old previously driver leftovers:Driver Sweeper (www.phyxion.net),Driver Cleaner (www.drivercleaner.net)
Application issues:
Note that a lot of the problems can be solved by using the latest VGA card drivers and the latest Windows updates. Therefore visit our driver support page and read the “how to install the driver guide printed on those driver download pages. Visit Microsoft Windows update page frequently to keep your windows installation safe and up-to-date. Always remove software and drivers through the add/remove program utility in your Windows control panel. Check your favorite games for the latest game patches. Update your software application to the latest version available, you may also check the FAQ of the software vendor.
